Terms & Conditions

The quoted terms and conditions apply to all services, both direct and indirect, provided to the customer. Customers through our website or any applications available on different platforms, making reservations, acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood the terms and conditions laid out below. Information can be used by both private clients and intermediaries: brokers, wholesalers, and any other person while observing the following conditions.

  1. Our services
    The reservation made by the customer has a status of the contract between the client and the retreat centre. On our website customers can find all necessary information and specific dates in which the retreats, activities and tours will be available. We bear all responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information that appears on this website.
    Online booking can be used by both clients and intermediaries (and any person different than an individual customer). However, any use of the given page in commercial or commercial ways must be approved in writing by our us.

  2. Prices
    All prices on our website include the cost of an individual private room for a full-time for one person. Double rooms or family rooms are available on demand without extra cost. For other activities, Temazcal or Tours all prices include full service, transportation, entrance fees and guiding assistance, unless the description of activity mentions any direct cost, known and approved at the time of booking. You will receive confirmation by email or will call you to ensure you that your confirmation has been made successful.

    For payment Client should select button indicating payment in Pay Pal mode depending on the exchange rate. In case of traditional wire payment, the bank fee that corresponds to money transfer should be covered by the Client. One of our goals is to offer the customer the lowest possible prices, still its very important to take into account that all our activities are carried out in a private and personally designed manner.

  3. Privacy
    Our company is committed to maintain strict confidence and not to disclose information about customers, except those needed for booking. However, we reserve the right, to keep this information in our database for future retreats, always that the Client permits us to do so.

  4. Free service
    Bookings provided by this site dont have any costs associated with making a reservation. The only possible additional cost may be Clients bank fee taken for sending money, which ocasionally apllies with international wires, different than PayPal. We do not charge additional fees, commissions and other costs related to customer’s credit card for any additional reason.

  5. Guarantee Policy
    Our company guarantees that the client after making electronic booking will receive its confirmation. However, our company reserves the right to ensure that everything is fullfilled correctly with the booking, including payment reception or, in case of non-availability of certain dates when booking last minute, propose an alternative within the same price and conditions accepted by the Client. The Client in this case has the right to cancel the booking and receive in return 100% of the deposit made or choose an alternative date.
  6. Confirmation
    After electronic booking Client will receive an email from us as an evidence of payment and confirmation, with all data relating to the booking: activity, date of arrival and cost paid. 

  7. Cancellation
    Using the service by the customer, means acceptance of all conditions set out in this agreement, including the terms and conditions of refund and “no show” (when Client does not appear in the resort without notice). If the Client wishes to change or cancel reservation, should do so by e-mail. It should be taken into account that in some cases the full refund may not be possible but one time change into alternative date may be a solution in majority of situations. In principle, cancellation policy works as follows:
    A) 30 calendar days or more prior to the date of entry, full refund is available.
    B) Cancellation from 29 to 15 calendar days before the date of entry, 50% refund is available .
    C) If a customer wants to cancel the 14 to 8 calendar days before the date of booking 25% refund may be proceeded.
    D) If a customer wants to cancel 7 calendar days or less before the date of booking,  no refund is made, still the possibility to reschedule will exist in certain circumstances.
  8. Responsibility
    We are fully responsible for violations resulting from failure to meet terms and conditions of reservations. Although the company shall not be liable for problems caused by unforeseeable circumstances of major nature force or unpredictable actions of local authorities, still full refund applies for all deposits made in situations, when the accomplishment of agreement is not possible for major reasons.

  9. Trademarks. Trade names and copyrights of our company La Hacienda Cancun and any others that are used on our website and slogans, designs and projects of our organization, are protected by Mexican and international regulations on industrial property and can not be used, reproduced or copied without the written permission of our company. Similarly, software upgrades and all sorts of electronic network used applications or used on our website ¡are protected by Mexican law on copyright and intellectual property and prohibited the total or partial use for any purpose, including private activities, commercial, non-profit or even free, without the prior written consent.

  10. Jurisdiction.
    Services provided by La Hacienda Cancun through the website are subject to the jurisdiction of civil and procedural rights, according to the state of Quintana Roo, due to our registered address and make impossible at the moment and in the future for any reason to go into jurisdiction to another resort.
